What's different about Jani-Clean Carpet Care vs. other carpet cleaning companies?
We exclusively use HOST & VON SCHRADER products. HOST Sponges are the only product that have a Green Seal Certification for dry carpet cleaning. Our Machines are the combination of many years of manufacturing quality which include brushes to lift up the pile of the carpet, which allows us to clean from the bottom up. Carpet has depth...cleaning only the surface just isn't clean enough. Our process leaves your carpet clean immediately.
With HOST there's no waiting for it to dry.
With VON SCHRADER its about 60 minutes
What are HOST Sponges?
HOST Sponges are Hard-working Organic Soil Trappers. HOST is a soft, organic, natural product which dissolves and absorbs water-based and oil-based dirt. HOST Sponges have been manufactured since 1956.
How do I know that HOST Sponges work?
Over 100 carpet manufacturers and fibre producers recommend or approve HOST Sponges for cleaning carpet and rugs.
What Health Benefits does clean carpet provide?
Indoor spaces have been built more "airtight" in the last 20 years in an effort to conserve energy. As a result, with less natural ventilation, ordinary contaminants accumulate inside buildings. These include: Dust Mites, Moulds and Mould Spores, Pet Hair & Pet Dander. Carpet acts as a natural filter trapping and holding these contaminants between cleanings.
One cleaning with the HOST System reduces Dust Mites by 78%, Dust Mite Allergen by 75%, Mold Spores by 85%, and Pet Allergen by 85%. This improves the Indoor Air Quality in your home and can reduce dust and allergen levels as well as odours.
.

How often should I clean my carpet?
This is the hardest question of all, Because it depends on the type of carpet, it's colour, and the amount of traffic that it receives. In most domestic homes , a thorough cleaning is recommended twice per year. Your carpet may need to be cleaned more often depending on the number of people in your home, seasonal conditions, and the presence of indoor pets.
In most industrial environments and good Carpet Maintenance plan should be implemented, Especially in high foot traffic area

FAQ on leasing

What is lease agreement?
Leasing is basically a rental agreement giving you (the lessee) the right to use an asset owned by the lessor (finance company) for a fixed period of time in return for regular payments (rental payments), and is a tried and trusted method of growing a business without reducing it’s cash flow.
How can my business benefit from leasing?
All businesses can benefit from utilising equipment leasing. Whether the business is new or established, financially strong or challenged. Leasing will provide you with the necessary equipment, when you need it without the large down payments generally required by banks.

What types of equipment can I lease?
We can arrange equipment leases for all types of Cleaning Equipment

Do I need a large down payment?
Typically a large deposit is not necessary. You can start your lease with normally either one or three months rentals in advance.

My credit isn't perfect, will I be able to have a lease?
Past credit issues do not necessarily disqualify you from obtaining a lease. The underwriters will consider many factors such as, how long you have been in business, what equipment you are buying and your current business performance.

What are the tax benefits?
Leasing is wholly allowable against taxable profits.

What are the end of term options if I lease? Do I own the equipment?
You can make an offer to purchase some or all of the equipment if you want to own it. However you also have a number of other options that may help you better manage change.
For example:
• Continue to lease some or all of the equipment for a further period or
• Trade up some or all of the equipment, to new equipment or
• Return some or all of the equipment…with no further obligations

Who services or maintains the equipment?
As a lessee, you receive all the benefits of "buyer" warranties and are therefore, responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment.

What about insurance?
For your protection as well as our own, as legal owners of the equipment, we require that all leased equipment be insured.

Why is leasing cash flow friendly?
Leasing allows you to pay affordable monthly payments and spread the equipment cost over its useful life.
Purchase means that you are paying for  years of use up front.
Would you pay an employee's salary, 3 years in advance?

Why lease equipment, rather than buy it?
Leasing technology equipment makes economic sense. It gives you use of the equipment for as long as it's useful to you. Rather than paying for three or four year's use up front, as you do when you buy, you spread the payments over the useful life of the equipment. Also you can expense the payments and you have the flexibility to acquire the latest technology when you need to.
